Job Description

The role will perform talent acquisition for assigned roles & job levels and administer processes supporting the company's strategies and standards. The role will support achieving positive candidate and hiring manager experience through building a good relationship and performing TA processes and methodologies.

  • Deliver and perform all talent acquisition activities for assigned requisitions.

  • Facilitate sourcing strategies using various sourcing portals like Online Portals, Professional Social Media, and University Relations/Partnership activities to attract candidates for assigned roles.

  • Perform candidate networking, employee referral activities, and sourcing campaigns to target qualified candidates.

  • Initiate and facilitate intake meetings to understand further the qualifications of assigned requisitions.

  • Create, post, and manage job requisitions in the applicant tracking systems and accurately document and update hiring activities.

  • Perform candidate management strategies and communicate through the recruiting and selection processes.

  • Collaborate with the hiring manager to ensure a positive experience and smooth stakeholder cadence by presenting hiring updates and documentation, recruitment reports, and candidate market.

  • Prepare and create recruitment reports in alignment with the sourcing strategy and include analysis, market observations, and recommend strategies based on insights.

  • Interview candidates through phone and video screening activities in compliance with the relevant local regulations and the company’s methodologies.

  • Perform market data gathering activities for candidate and talent market data by collecting candidate information, market talent data, market best practices, competitors’ compensation ranges, and other market data for sourcing strategies and reports.

  • Present candidate job offers and gather candidate concerns and feedback on job offers for analysis and negotiation.

  • Collaborate with other members in performing job offer negotiation activities and provide candidates the updates or new job offers, as necessary.

  • Coordinate with other HR (Human Resources) colleagues in the next steps of the hiring activities such as onboarding, HR Services, IT (Information Technology), and such.

  • Escalate and analyze identified issues and concerns to the Team Lead for timely resolution.

  • Maintain the SOP/DTP of current processes and incorporate documentation updates as needed.

  • Perform simple but varied TA tasks in compliance with service-level agreements, processes, policies, and procedures.

  • Assess identified issues and collate documentation to aid in investigating and in resolving common and recurring issues.

  • Support selected straightforward process improvement initiatives to streamline processes.

  • Perform other assigned talent acquisition and other ad hoc activities as necessary.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or any Business Courses

  • 3 years of relevant professional experience in end-to-end Talent Acquisition.

  • Preferably with experience in using sourcing techniques such as Boolean search and other relevant searching principles

  • Preferably with exposure to recruiting for a global market.

  • Experience in using applicant tracking systems for job requisition creation, posting, and systems management (e.g., Smart Recruiters, TALEO, Workday)

  • Intermediate ability in MS Office tools

  • Experience working with HR Systems preferably in Oracle, and Workday.

  • Open to any shift schedule (Early Morning, Morning, Mid, and/or Night).
