Job Summary

  • Provide overall on-site administrative and technical management for a wide range of construction projects.

  • Responsible for the organization and direction of construction and related activities within assigned area of responsibility, which may be a single area, multi-area or a multi-discipline construction project.

  • May be the primary client contact for all jobsite day to day activities, or may coordinate with client’s resident representatives on jobsite activities within assigned area of operations.

  • Responsibilities are to ensure assigned jobsite operations are in compliance with design/specifications, completion on schedule, within budget and to quality standards.

  • Interfaces with all other administrative field staff, field management staff and particularly the Project Manager in a coordinated effort.

Minimum Requirements

  • A degree in Mechanical Engineering

  • Must be a PRC Licensed Engineer

  • Must be proficient in written and spoken English. Fluency in Filipino preferred;

  • Ability to communicate in a practical manner at all levels of the organization. Must be proficient with the regulations of the local authority and other relevant compliances;

  • Must be computer literate and must have good communication skills with proven ability to speak, read and write reports in English;

  • Construction Safety and Health (COSH) or Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) training required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum eight (8) years of design and analysis of Brownfield projects;

  • Highly knowledgeable of design and analysis of Cement process, mechanical systems, materials handling systems, process, steam, gas, fire protection, plumbing).

  • Highly knowledgeable of design and analysis of mechanical piping and distribution systems including equipment selections;

  • Computer literacy and basic knowledge of the use of desktop computer and design software HEVACOMP

  • Highly knowledgeable of ASHRAE, NFPA, AWWA Codes.

  • Knowledge in the application of the quality system.

  • Having worked in a cement processing environment of industrial process environment is and advantage
