Position Title Senior Technician (Civil)

Job Summary

  1. To support the coordination and planning of civil construction works.

  2. To support in the design of civil infrastructure design such as water pipeline, sewer, drainage and roads.

  3. To liaise with the stakeholders (eg clients, authorities, consultants, other disciplines) on permits, drawings issuance and interfacing matters.

  4. To support in the preparation of method statement, design plans and construction specifications

  5. To ensure that the site works are executed accordingly based on approved technical specifications detailed drawings, interpreted plans and requirements of relevant authorities.

  6. To support contract administration and construction inspection by reviewing final plans, specifications, special conditions and agreements.

Minimum Requirements

  • Diploma in Civil Engineering or related course recognized by IES/ACES for registration as Resident Technical Officer.

  • Preferable 2-3 years of experience with 1 year experience in design office.

  • Candidate with experience in civil engineering design drafting work using CAD will be an added advantage.
