Job Description
Description
Lead and manage Mechanical design coordination and interfacing with other designers/disciplines/contractors/specialists.
Lead in Mechanical services coordination i.e., CSD/SEM and CCSM.
Involve in Coordinated Installation Programme (CIP) coordination with other designers/disciplines/contractors/specialists.
Conduct coordination meeting with all MEP trade sub-contractors.
Liaise with relevant authorities for MEP services.
Monitor all MEP trade sub-con on-site work and workforce according to the construction schedule.
Co-ordination with M&E subcontractors on their works.
Supervision of all MEP works carried out by MEP subcontractors.
Ensure MEP works installations are carried out according to approved drawings and plans and check qualities of workmanship.
Prepare design drawings and documentation.
Plan all drawings request to meet the submission deadline.
Draft plans and detailed drawings for MEP installations from sketches or notes.
Any other duties assigned by the Management.
Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
At least 3 years of experience within the construction industry
Familiar with MEP drawings for infrastructure/building projects
Familiar with MEP design coordination, service coordination
Familiar with navigation of BIM/CCSM coordination software such as Autodesk Navisworks.
Familiar with MEP installation works, resource planning, site coordination, sequence of works and CIP coordination.
Team player, possess effective communication skill and able to work independently.
Preferably willing to travel to Sentosa
