Undertake structural analysis, calculations and prepare design sketches and drawings indicating arrangement and design intent for a variety of transportation structures.
Conduct engineering assessments and evaluations related to existing structures and/or structural alternatives and prepare technical reports documenting the results.
Liaise/co-ordinate with other disciplines/departments in preparation of reports and design packages for multi-disciplinary projects.
Communicate with clients, sub consultants, approving agencies, etc. for purposes of obtaining design information, presenting design alternatives, and expediting approvals.
Minimum 2-3 years design experience in structural design of underground / elevated transportation infrastructure works
Internship experience with infrastructure design would be an advantage.
Conversant with local codes and authority submission procedures
Good verbal and written communication skills
Good leadership and ability to work well with others as a team
Engineers with more years of relevant experience will be considered for Senior position
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
