Carrying out façade design and consulting for building projects in Hong Kong and overseas
Prepare design intent drawings for tendering and statutory submissions
Reviewing contractor submission for shop drawings, material proposals and test proposals etc.
Attending meetings with clients, architects and contractors to provide design input and hand sketch design concept
Attending on-site and off-site inspections during construction stage
Liaise with in-house designers and engineers in PRC and overseas
Diploma in Architecture, Structural or Mechanical Engineering is preferable
Minimum 3 years’ experience working in local façade consultancy or specialist contractor with experience on Buildings Department submission; Less experience will be consider as Assistant Facade Designer
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Word, Excel
Knowledge of 3D software on Rhino, Revit, SketchUp is an advantage
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin
