Job Summary

Provide leadership for team of building services engineers.

Project management: responsible for financial management of the project, ensuring key deadlines are met and that the project stays on schedule, and staff are working together effectively.

Serves as a technical expert in building engineering practices.

Plays a key role in client management and client satisfaction.

Leads marketing efforts to current clients and is instrumental in identifying and attracting new clients.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor degree in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering or equivalent. Master degree preferred.

Minimum 5 years’ post-qualification experience in structural engineering and project management, with at least 3 years in China. Candidates with less experience will be considered for less senior positions.

Qualified / Chartered Engineer of a recognized professional institution

In depth technical knowledge of discipline.

Familiar with PRC design codes and standards

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Native Mandarin speaker.

Preferred Qualifications

Overseas working and learning experience preferred.
