Job Summary

Provide the assistance on both new project set up and existing project budget maintenance in system. Project contract maintenance in both hard copy and e-file.

Responsible for project billing and provide the assistance on Accounts Receivable Collection and bad debt issues.

Manage and maintain project relative account reconciliations for balance sheet and P&L items

Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports assigned by manager

Collect and review billing and collection forecast from project team.

Prepare AR reminder letter for long aging invoices

Create project relative tasks in oracle

Regular Q&A for project team

Project database maintenance for internal project review

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting related major;

Experience in project financial management and control is preferred;

Good communication skills, adaptable, team work

Good at written and oral English;

Strong self-initiative, problem-solving, and analytical skills;
