AECOM HR Shared Services Assistant in Shanghai, China

Job Summary

  • Familiar with more advanced concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.

  • Employee organizes and carries out most assignments in accordance with standard practices, instructions, or previous training.

  • May assist with department initiatives and projects by performing advanced research and/or analysis. Advance approval is required when there are financial implications.

  • Performs more complex responsibilities with HR.

  • May function as a liaison between vendors and employees and advises employees on complex inquiries regarding eligibility, coverage, and other benefits matters.

  • Compiles and maintains documents.

  • Degree or equivalent preferred.

Minimum Requirements

1.Bachelor degree

2.3 years HR operations, ideally within an MNC environment, Share Services working experience is preferable

3.Excellent communications and interpersonal skills to work in a multinational environment

4.Self-motivated, detailed orientated and well organized; pleasant and positive working attitude to work in a team

5.Capable to work independently with strong sense of responsibility

6.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

7.Good command of spoken and written English
