Our professionals specialize in design, master planning, environmental and ecological planning, strategic planning and economic development. We create implementable solutions that promote sustainable land use and enhance quality of life.
Play a supporting role in projects for masterplan development and documentation under the direction of a senior leader;
Perform research and analysis of urban planning and design related systems and strategies;
Assist in preparation of drawings, maps, illustrations, presentations and reports;
Develop planning studies and reports in support of new and updated plans, programs and regulations;
Work within team structure and contributes to the urban planning and design process; and
Enforce ethics and compliance policy including Third Party payment, Sub-consultancy engagement process and Gift and Entertainment policy.
Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning and Master’s degree in Urban Planning, Urban Design, Landscape Architecture or Architecture;
Expertise in Adobe Design CS, AutoCAD and Sketchup and/or Rhino;
Familiar with various practices such as landscape, land planning, and other related practices;
Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, regulation and procedures;
Excellent organizational skill;
Be able to work as part of a multidisciplinary team; and
Good writing and oral communication skills both in English and Mandarin.
