AECOM India is seeking to hire a HVAC Design Lead. The responsibilities of this role are as follows –
Reviewing and checking mechanical HVAC reports and drawings to ensure quality of output.
Provide high level technical expertise when applying mechanical HVAC engineering principles, techniques and methods to the planning and design of building services projects.
Ensure all quality and environmental aspects of the project are identified and addressed to maintain effective operation and project delivery.
Communication to governmental authorities.
Responsible for developing technically sound HVAC design solutions, preparing HVAC design documentation for international projects, assisting with resourcing and planning, managing cost control as well as supervising and managing Revit HVAC staff

Good attention to details
Should be a great motivator and an excellent Time Manager.
Have effective communication skills with good written and spoken English.
Have a good attention to details and correctness of all submissions.
Relationship management and work winning skills with clients.
Profit and loss sensitivity is desired.
The position can be based at Bengaluru.
Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering.
10-15 years of experience on working in the HVAC design.
Should have worked for the design of Industrial, Pharma, Automobile and data centre projects sectors.
Experience in the design of the HVAC (Central cooling plant, chilled water piping distribution, air duct distribution, variable air volume systems, ventilation, DX systems, VRF, etc.)
Should be knowledgeable in building design services, associated regulations and technical standards.
Experience in the HVAC software (IES, HAP, Trace and Elite), MEP Revit, Excel, Power Point and Word.
Excellent Communication skills
Prior experience in similar project
