We deliver creative solutions for building projects for industry, government, commercial and leisure sectors. We are looking for high caliber professional to join our Hong Kong Business in Building Engineering. To be successful in the role, you will require:
Demonstrated design competence in pre-stressed or post-tensioning structure, for instance, long span beam, bridges, transfer beam / plate for civil and building structures projects
Able to lead a design and drafting team to complete design in a timely manner
Experience in dealing with Buildings Department, Housing Authority and Architectural Services Department
Undertake and project-manage structures engineering schemes from feasibility through to detailed design
Client liaison and the production of tenders, including quality documentation and costings
Experience in the use of structural software, SAFE, ETABS and ADAPT
Be creative and understand the architectural and client drivers
Minimum 5 years of experience in design and/or supervision of building project. Candidate with lesser experience or qualification will be considered for Engineer post
Proven design and project management experience delivering to quality, time and budget
Previous exposure with clients of both private and public sectors, together with major contractors
Good understanding of local authorities’ procedures and requirements
Good personal effectiveness and time management
Overseas project experience would also be an advantage
Experience in BIM (Revit) is an advantage
Fluency in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin required
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering
