AECOM Remediation Services Project Manager, Environment in Hong Kong, Hong Kong
Hong Kong - Sha Tin, Hong Kong
This position requires both field supervision and office work. Working closely with the Project Director, the successful candidate would:
Independently conduct field work for environmental site assessments/subsurface investigations at industrial and petroleum facilities.
Evaluate environmental datasets and prepare technical reports based on the results of field sampling activities.
Prepare and execute Project Plans including: Scope, Deliverables, Budget, Schedule and SH&E
Prepare and execute Financial Management of projects: oversee the budget, scope, schedule and reviews with the P&L manager.
BS, BEng or MSc degree in geology, hydrogeology, civil/chemical/mechanical engineering or related field required.
3 to 6 years of applicable experience as described above.
Excellent communication and technical writing skills.
Ability to work independently and within a large project team environment.
Experience with independently conducting field work and overseeing subcontractors with little to no supervision.
Capable of producing high quality work products on schedule and within budgets.
Knowledge of EPD guidance regarding land contamination assessment and remediation projects preferred.
Skills in applied environmental chemistry / geochemistry, hydrogeology, and/or GIS preferred
Willingness to work in an outdoor environment and lift up to 20kg if required on site assessments
