Job Description
Preparation of Reconciliation Statement.
Preparation of PRW, Sub Contractor & Running Account Bills.
Verification of stocks as and when required. Preparation of joint physical stock statements as
applicable.
- Visit the project site regularly and record the actual progress of each activity on daily basis with
respect to Monthly and weekly programs.
Preparation Of Bill of Quantity, Tender Specification and Tender Document
Team Handling
Preparing Pre-Bid Queries & Attending Pre-Bid Meetings
Coordination with clients, contractors, and consultants.
Assist Client in Tender Preparation
Give Inputs in Cost Optimization to Clients & Contractors.
Give Inputs to Design Team for Choosing Materials
Preliminary Estimate for DPR Or Design Competitions
Qualifications
B. Tech (Civil)
15-20 Yrs experience
