Position Title Contracts Assistant, Theme Park

Job Summary

Support the Senior Manager by producing Contracts and Claims Assessment

Analyze contractor’s proposals.

Coordinate with Cost Manager to ensure accurate cost control reports and logs.

Coordinate with the Consultant to confirm scope of work and conceptual estimates.

Identify and check Contractor estimates to assure compliance with proper estimating techniques.

Coordinate the resources of the ongoing Value Engineering Processes through the duration of the Project.

Close out all outstanding claims and contractual issues needed for final financial acceptance.

Other responsibilities as may be assigned by the Senior Contracts Manager.

Minimum Requirements

Degree holder in Laws / Quantity Surveying / Architecture / Engineering;

With at least 5 years relevant experience in administering large commercial project contracts, preferably in engineering/construction industry;

Excellent command of written and spoken English and Mandarin;

Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese typing;

Strong coordination, communication and problem solving skills;

Knowledge in preparation of documents for legal proceedings will be an advantage.
