Job Summary

  1. 前台工作(电话转接、来访者接待与登记、快递收发等);

  2. 文具发放与登记,库存盘点,采购申请;

  3. 外租车辆预订,员工差旅预订问题反馈;

  4. 会议室预订协调;清洁阿姨协调和工作检查;

  5. 行政文件、档案的整理和更新;

  6. 公司活动的筹备和后勤工作;每月帐单--理与请款;

  7. 协助办公环境管理,设备维护,消防与安全,美化与空间管理,日常数据和投诉意见的收集;

  8. 上级主管交予的其他工作。
