Job Summary

Greet visitors and answer the calls, send/distribute faxes.

As directed, arrange for courier service, maintain log of all outgoing courier deliveries.

Process outgoing mail.

Support on office events, meeting room booking and lunch box ordering.

Collect colleague’s feedbacks on travel service and follow up accordingly.

Office supplies purchase, monitor vendor’s service and contract follow up.

Work with staff on administrative functions as needed.

Assist Admin Manager when needed.

前台电话的转接,传真的收发,同时根据公司安全流程,完成访客的安全登记与接待。

公司快件/信函的登记,收发。

办公室日常环境的维护,确保公司的保洁工作到位。

公司重要会议的协助准备。

收集差旅服务反馈。

负责办公室相关的采购和供应,供应商的管理及合同的跟进。

协助处理相关行政问题,协调员工需求。

其他交付的任务。

Minimum Requirements

University degree holder, prior experience as a receptionist preferred.

Generally requires around 1 years in a similar role.

Ability to multi-task.

Detail oriented and well organized.

Ability to work independently and on multi-disciplinary teams.

Excellent communication and writing skills are a must.

本科学历,专业不限,英语六级以上优先。

具备一到两年行政助理工作经验者优先。

能够同时处理多项任务,注重细节,有责任心。

具备一定的沟通技巧,能独立工作及适应多团队合作模式。

熟练的电脑操作能力,熟练使用办公软件。

Preferred Qualifications

流利的口语和书面表达能力,能熟练进行英语日常交流。
